How to Return

2. Pack it up: Pack your item(s) securely in their original packaging and condition. Pop a note inside with your order number or name.
3. Ship it back: Send your return to us at the address below. (Please note: return shipping is at your own cost.)

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If Your Item is Faulty

Please don't worry! Email us at contactus@tillyandtedhome.co.uk with photos of the damage. We'll happily arrange a replacement for you.
